Return of goods
1. Goods shall be exchanged or returned in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. The costs of returning goods of proper quality shall be borne by the Buyer.
1.1 The Buyer shall not have the right to withdraw from the Purchase and Sale Agreement and return the Goods to the Seller:
1.1.1. medicinal products;
1.1.2. quality food products, including food supplements;
1.1.3. quality perfumery, cosmetics, toilet preparations;
1.1.4. quality Goods which have been used by the Buyer, damaged, or the packaging of the Goods has been damaged, or the Goods have lost their merchantable appearance as a result of any other action taken by the Buyer, or the Goods have not been delivered complete (for example, specific parts of the Goods have been lost, the instructions for use are missing, or the warranty booklet, if any, is missing, and the like);
1.1.5. other Goods which the Seller has the right to refuse to accept in accordance with applicable law.
2. In order to return goods of poor quality or quality, the Buyer must contact the Seller at info@parfumada.lt and provide a clear statement regarding the return of the Goods, indicating his/her name and surname, address, telephone number, the date of purchase of the Goods, the name and quantity of the Goods to be returned.
3. When returning the goods to the Seller, the following conditions must be observed:
    3.1. the returned goods must be in their original packaging in good condition (this point does not apply in the case of returns of low quality goods);
    3.2. the goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
    3.3. the goods must be unused and in good condition (labels intact, protective film intact, etc.) (this point does not apply in the case of returns of low-quality goods);
    3.4. the returned goods must be in the same condition as when received by the Buyer;
    3.5. when returning the Goods, the Customer must present the document of purchase and the completed return document.
4. When withdrawing from the Contract (returning the Goods), the Buyer shall send or hand over the Goods to the Seller without delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the notice of return is given to the Seller.
5. The Goods shall be replaced or the money paid for them shall be refunded to the Buyer's account no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the return.
6. The Seller may not refund the Buyer until the goods have been returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent to the Seller.
7. The Seller has the right not to accept the Buyer's returns if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in this Part of these Conditions.
8. The Buyer may send the returned goods using courier/post office services.
